Some early great performances Saturday at the Long Beach Sprinters meet held at CSLB. The
Distance guys started out with some impressive early times in the Youth Boys 3000M, with
David Harned dropping 20sec from his last meet taking 2nd place with a personal best 10:34.2
and Christian Howe taking 3rd place with a time 10:34.8 and in the Intermediate boys 3000M,
Tyler Rodgers runs 11:51. Bantam Boy Connor Weissman breaks the club record in the 800M 2:
48 and runs 35.2 in the 200M). Dean Welch qualifies for Nationals with a personal best 112’2”
for 1st place in the mini-Jav
