17th and Run through Dec.
14, 2009 Mon, Wed and Fri Evenings.
This is the perfect program for athletes in Track &
Field, Baseball, Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, etc.... who want to improve their
performance and confidence on the field.
You will experience more athletic successes and fewer
injuries in your career by letting us "make you over" in the
following areas:
Flexibility: a body that moves freely is more efficient, less tired
and less injury prone on the field or the court.
Agility: Get control of your body! Move and play the way you want to. We will teach you how to create wide and fast
neuo-pathways in explosive athletic movements.
Balance is a key factor in this program as well.
Speed: Learn correct speed
and quickness mechanics. You will get
faster.... guaranteed!!
Strength: A strong body, from
head to toe... no weak links. We get you
strong! Your core and essential athletic movement muscles will create the
"Mean, Lean, Fighting Machine" that you
always wanted to become!
